Terms & Conditions

These terms govern access to Infinite Longevity’s website, consultations, treatment pathways, products and related doctor-led services.

Effective 13 August 2026 Last updated 13 August 2026 Republic of South Africa

Welcome to Infinite Longevity.

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Infinite Longevity website, online services, consultations, treatment pathways, products and related services.

By accessing our website, submitting an assessment or intake form, booking a consultation, purchasing a product or service, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms.

Please read them carefully before using our services.

01

1. About Infinite Longevity

Infinite Longevity provides access to personalised, doctor-led health, wellness, aesthetics and longevity services.

Depending on availability, clinical suitability and applicable law, our services may include medical consultations, health assessments, peptide-related therapies, IV nutrient treatments, hormone optimisation, aesthetic treatments, ongoing treatment monitoring, health education and related products or services.

Certain services may only be provided following an assessment by an appropriately qualified and registered healthcare practitioner.

02

2. Provider Information

The website and services are operated by:

Trading nameInfinite Longevity
Registered / physical address143 Linden Street, Sandown, Gauteng

Where medical services are delivered by independent or associated healthcare practitioners, those practitioners remain professionally responsible for the clinical care they personally provide.

03

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years old and legally capable of entering into an agreement to use our services, unless a particular service is lawfully provided to a minor with the appropriate consent of a parent or legal guardian.

Certain treatments may have additional age, health, geographic, clinical or regulatory eligibility requirements.

Infinite Longevity and its healthcare practitioners reserve the right to decline, postpone or discontinue a treatment or service where it is clinically inappropriate, unsafe, unlawful or otherwise unsuitable.

04

4. Medical Information and Clinical Assessment

Information made available on the Infinite Longevity website, social media platforms, marketing material or other general communications is provided for general educational and informational purposes.

It should not, by itself, be regarded as individual medical advice, diagnosis, treatment or a prescription.

A healthcare practitioner must consider your individual circumstances before providing personalised medical advice or treatment.

By completing a medical intake form, assessment, consultation or similar process, you agree to provide information that is complete, accurate and current. This may include information regarding your medical history, current medication, allergies, previous treatments, symptoms, lifestyle and other information relevant to your care.

Failure to disclose relevant information may affect the safety or suitability of treatment.

You must inform your treating practitioner of any material change in your health or medication while receiving treatment through Infinite Longevity.

05

5. Treatment Eligibility and Prescriptions

Certain treatments and products available through Infinite Longevity may require consultation with a registered healthcare practitioner and, where applicable, a valid prescription.

Clinical decisions are made by the relevant healthcare practitioner based on professional judgement, your individual health circumstances and applicable South African law and professional standards.

Infinite Longevity will not knowingly facilitate the unlawful prescribing, sale, dispensing or supply of scheduled or prescription-only medicines.

Where medication is required, it may only be prescribed, dispensed or supplied through persons or facilities authorised to do so under applicable law.

If a healthcare practitioner determines that a requested treatment is not appropriate for you, alternative options may be discussed where appropriate.

06

6. Treatment Risks and Informed Consent

All medical and aesthetic treatments may involve potential benefits, risks, side effects, contraindications and uncertainties.

Before undergoing treatment, you may be required to complete additional informed-consent documentation explaining the particular treatment, reasonably foreseeable risks, alternative options and other clinically relevant information.

These Terms do not replace treatment-specific informed consent.

You are responsible for asking your healthcare practitioner any questions you may have before agreeing to treatment.

07

7. Medicines and Health Products

Any medicine or scheduled substance offered, recommended, prescribed, dispensed or supplied in connection with Infinite Longevity is subject to applicable South African legislation and regulatory requirements.

Where a treatment involves a compounded medicine, off-label use or another treatment requiring additional disclosure or consent, this will be addressed by the treating healthcare practitioner where required and appropriate.

Information presented about a medicine or treatment should not be interpreted as an invitation to self-prescribe, self-diagnose or use medication without appropriate clinical supervision.

You must follow the dosage, storage, administration and other instructions supplied by your healthcare practitioner or dispensing pharmacy.

Medication must never be shared with another person.

08

8. Not an Emergency Medical Service

The website, online forms, messaging channels and routine consultations should not be used for medical emergencies.

If you believe that you are experiencing a medical emergency or severe adverse reaction, seek immediate medical assistance or attend the nearest appropriate emergency medical facility.

Do not delay emergency care while waiting for a response from Infinite Longevity.

09

9. Appointments and Consultations

Appointments are subject to availability.

You are responsible for ensuring that the contact details provided when booking are correct and that you are available at the agreed appointment time.

We may need to reschedule an appointment due to practitioner availability, operational circumstances or circumstances outside our reasonable control. Where this occurs, we will endeavour to provide reasonable notice and arrange an alternative appointment.

Late arrival may reduce the time available for your consultation or may require the appointment to be rescheduled.

10

10. Fees and Payment

Prices displayed on the website are stated in South African Rand unless indicated otherwise.

The price payable will be the price communicated or displayed at the time of purchase or booking, subject to correction of obvious errors.

Additional services, investigations, laboratory tests, medications, delivery fees, follow-up consultations or other costs may not necessarily be included in the initial consultation or treatment price unless expressly stated.

Where possible, material additional costs will be disclosed before they are incurred.

Payment is processed through the payment methods made available by Infinite Longevity or its authorised payment-service providers.

Infinite Longevity does not intentionally store complete payment-card information where payment processing is handled by a third-party payment provider.

11

11. Clinical Approval After Payment

Where payment is made before medical eligibility has been confirmed, payment should not be interpreted as clinical approval.

If a treatment cannot lawfully or appropriately proceed following clinical review, Infinite Longevity will deal with the affected payment in accordance with applicable law and the nature of the services already provided.

Where a consultation, assessment, medical review, laboratory service or other service has already been performed, the reasonable cost of that completed service may remain payable to the extent permitted by law and provided that the relevant charge was appropriately disclosed.

12

12. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation and refund rights are subject to applicable South African consumer law and the nature of the particular product or service.

Where an advance appointment or treatment booking is cancelled, a reasonable cancellation fee may apply where permitted by law, taking into account factors such as the timing of cancellation, the nature of the booking and our ability to fill the appointment.

Certain medicines, personalised products, temperature-sensitive products, products that cannot safely be resold, or products subject to health and safety restrictions may not be returnable once supplied, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to remove or restrict any cancellation, refund, repair, replacement or other consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Any specific cancellation or refund policy displayed during booking or checkout forms part of these Terms.

13

13. Products, Orders and Delivery

Where physical products are offered through the website, all orders remain subject to availability, legal requirements and acceptance by Infinite Longevity.

We may decline or cancel an order where, among other circumstances, a product is unavailable, an obvious pricing or description error has occurred, clinical approval is required but has not been obtained, fraud is suspected, delivery cannot reasonably be completed, or fulfilling the order would contravene applicable law.

Estimated delivery dates are estimates unless expressly guaranteed.

Where appropriate, responsibility for a product passes in accordance with applicable consumer law and the agreed delivery arrangements.

You are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address and ensuring that any products requiring specific storage conditions are handled in accordance with the instructions supplied.

14

14. Your Responsibilities

When using Infinite Longevity, you agree to use the website and services lawfully and in good faith.

You must not deliberately provide false medical or personal information, attempt to obtain prescription medication unlawfully, impersonate another person, interfere with the website’s operation or security, attempt unauthorised access to systems or information, or use content from the website in a way that infringes our intellectual-property rights or the rights of another person.

You remain responsible for following the instructions provided by your healthcare practitioner and promptly reporting concerning symptoms or adverse reactions.

15

15. Privacy and Personal Information

Infinite Longevity may process personal information, including sensitive health and medical information, in order to provide consultations, assess treatment suitability, coordinate care, communicate with you, process transactions, comply with legal obligations and operate our services.

Personal information will be processed in accordance with applicable data-protection legislation and our Privacy Policy.

Because health information may require additional protection, access to such information will be limited to persons who require it for legitimate clinical, operational, regulatory or legal purposes.

By submitting information through our platform, you acknowledge that information reasonably required for the provision of healthcare services may need to be collected, stored, accessed and shared with relevant healthcare practitioners, laboratories, pharmacies, technology providers or other authorised service providers, subject to applicable law and appropriate safeguards.

Our Privacy Policy provides further information regarding how we process and protect personal information and how data-subject rights may be exercised.

16

16. Electronic Communications

By using our services, you agree that we may communicate with you electronically regarding appointments, treatment administration, transactions, service updates and other communications reasonably necessary to provide the services you have requested.

Marketing communications will be managed separately in accordance with applicable law and your communication preferences.

Electronic communications carry inherent risks. You should avoid sending highly sensitive information through communication channels that have not been designated for secure clinical communication.

17

17. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, all website content, branding, designs, graphics, photographs, videos, written materials, software, databases and other intellectual property appearing on or forming part of the Infinite Longevity website are owned by, licensed to or lawfully used by Infinite Longevity.

You may view the website for personal and lawful use.

You may not reproduce, republish, distribute, sell, modify, scrape, commercially exploit or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission, except where permitted by law.

18

18. Third-Party Services

Infinite Longevity may use or provide access to third-party services including pharmacies, laboratories, healthcare practitioners, payment providers, delivery providers, communication systems or other service providers.

Those third parties may operate under their own terms, policies and professional obligations.

While we take reasonable steps when selecting service providers, Infinite Longevity is not responsible for independent third-party acts or omissions to the extent that responsibility cannot reasonably or lawfully be attributed to Infinite Longevity.

19

19. Website Availability

We aim to maintain reliable access to the website but cannot guarantee uninterrupted, error-free or continuously available operation.

We may temporarily restrict or suspend access for maintenance, upgrades, security reasons or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Information on the website may also be updated, corrected, amended or removed without notice.

20

20. No Guarantee of Results

Medicine and human health involve individual biological variation.

Testimonials, case studies, before-and-after material, educational content and descriptions of potential outcomes are illustrative only and do not guarantee that another patient will experience the same result.

Clinical outcomes depend on numerous individual factors that may be outside the control of Infinite Longevity or the treating practitioner.

21

21. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Infinite Longevity will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising solely from use of the website or from circumstances outside its reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or restrict liability where doing so would be prohibited by South African law.

In particular, these Terms do not require you to waive any statutory consumer right or any right arising from conduct for which liability cannot lawfully be excluded.

Any limitation of liability in these Terms must therefore be interpreted subject to the Consumer Protection Act and all other applicable legislation.

22

22. Healthcare Practitioner Responsibility

Clinical decisions are made by the healthcare practitioner responsible for your care.

A practitioner is required to exercise independent professional judgement and may decline to prescribe or administer a treatment regardless of information appearing on the Infinite Longevity website or any previous recommendation.

Use of the general website alone does not create a doctor-patient relationship.

A clinical relationship arises only where the appropriate consultation, assessment and acceptance processes have taken place.

23

23. Suspension or Termination of Access

We may suspend or terminate access to some or all of our services where we reasonably believe that a user has provided fraudulent information, misused medication or services, threatened staff or practitioners, interfered with our systems, breached these Terms, engaged in unlawful conduct or created a material safety risk.

Where appropriate and reasonably possible, the consequences of terminating an ongoing healthcare relationship will be handled in accordance with applicable professional and legal obligations.

24

24. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to our services, business practices or applicable legal and regulatory requirements.

The latest version will be published on the website together with its effective or updated date.

Material changes will apply prospectively except where a change is required immediately by law, regulation, safety considerations or another legitimate reason.

Continued use of the website after updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance of those Terms to the extent permitted by law.

25

25. Governing Law

These Terms and your use of the Infinite Longevity website and services are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.

Any dispute will be dealt with in accordance with applicable South African law and through a court, tribunal, regulatory body, professional body or alternative dispute-resolution mechanism having jurisdiction.

Nothing in these Terms prevents a consumer from exercising any right to approach a competent consumer-protection authority, regulator or other body where permitted by law.

26

26. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, that provision will be interpreted or limited to the minimum extent necessary, where legally possible, without affecting the validity of the remaining provisions.

27

27. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, applicable treatment-specific consent forms, booking or cancellation terms, and any other policies expressly incorporated into a transaction, constitute the terms governing your use of the relevant services.

Where a treatment-specific informed-consent document conflicts with these general Terms regarding a clinical matter, the treatment-specific consent and the instructions of the treating healthcare practitioner will apply to that clinical matter, subject always to applicable law.
